quick update....

Well, I am almost done with my student teaching experience. It has been challenging and exciting. When I first started I hated teaching and never wanted to do it in real life...I have changed my mind and now I love it!! I am excited for this to be over though because it is stressful and very difficult to teach and go to school at the same time!! Joe has been a HUGE help though. He is great at grading papers and helping me stay organized. I am grateful to have him!! I have not yet decided what I'm going to once I have graduated but I'm sure I'll figure it out soon enough.

Joe's sister is getting married on the 18th and we are busy getting ready for a wedding. It's really exciting because everyone is coming into town again this year. Last year Joe and I were getting married so we didn't get a chance to really have good conversations with all of Joe's giant family. This year we don't have all the responsibilities of being the bride and groom...so we get to just enjoy the stress-free visit of all the family in town. We are so excited!! We are also way excited for Emily and Ian who are getting married in the Manti Temple!!

Other than that there's not much new except that Joe and I are getting ready to celebrate out 1st wedding anniversary together!! YEAY!! Time sure flys by!!

I will try and get some pictures up from our first fun summer in the sun together!!

I had no idea you didn't want to be a teacher even though you were doing. How awful. Why did you go into it then? I am so glad you ended you liking it. I know what you will end up doing. Being a mom! Are you going to Brittany's wedding? I would love to see you!

What a surprise to see your comment on my blog today--especially right after I posted my first post in a long time! I would totally LOVE to see you! No one EVER comes up here to Logan. What's the occasion? My phone number is 801-400-8942. I don't get texts so calls are the only option. Sorry! Let me know exactly when and we would love to see you for however long. See you soon!

Congratulations on surviving student teaching- it is hard! But I'm glad you still like teaching.

I can't believe you have almost been married a year already!

Woohoo, I think it is completely normal to hate teaching at first when the reality of all the time and work and stress that goes into it hits, but I'm glad you are loving it now! We need to play pronto! I miss your guts!
